3 weeks left to buy your tickets!

Below are a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding our raffle.

If you do not find the answer to your query below, please use the contact us page here.

How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets for our Christmas raffle can be purchased on this website here.  A small quantity of paper tickets are also sent out to selected Angling Trust and Fish Legal Individual, Club and Fishery members.  These members return tickets they want to purchase with a cheque for the correct amount to our head office address.  You must be 18 years or over to purchase a ticket.

Why can’t I pay by credit card?

Gambling Regulations mean that we can only accept online payments by debit card – credit cards are not permitted.

My card payment won’t go through?

Please check that you are purchasing using a debit card rather than a credit card and that all of the required fields are completed.  If your payment still isn’t going through, please email [email protected]

I haven’t received my payment receipt and raffle ticket numbers?

Please check your junk folder in the first instance.  If the email receipt is not there, please contact [email protected] and we will send you a copy.

Why don’t you offer PayPal as a payment method?

Unfortunately, the fees for processing transactions via PayPal are very high when compared to debit card transactions.  We want to make sure that we use our resources as effectively as possible, so we do not offer PayPal.

How many prizes are available?

There are 21 prizes in this year’s draw.  No cash alternatives will be given.

When does the draw close?

This year’s Christmas raffle closes at 8pm on Sunday 14th December 2025.

How will I find out if I have won?

The draw will take place on Tuesday 16th December 2025 and our winners will be emailed to let them know they have won a prize.  A full list of winners will also be posted on this website and the main Angling Trust website www.anglingtrust.net, and you can request a full list of winners from our offices after the draw has taken place.

Where does the money raised go?

All profits from this raffle will be used to fund the work of the Angling Trust.  You can find out more about what we do and how you can get involved here – www.anglingtrust.net
